The PR1 series battery pack is specially developed by PLB for 1–10KVA rack-mounted UPS systems, adopting a standard 19-inch rack structure. It is equipped with PLB’s self-developed UPS-specific Battery Management System (BMS), offering strong compatibility, high safety, high-rate discharge capability, and scalability through parallel connection.

Applications:
Servers, storage devices, network equipment, communication equipment, automation systems, precision instruments, office terminals, monitoring and security systems, and essential household appliances.

  • Strong Compatibility: Standard 19-inch 1U rack-mount design for easy replacement and capacity expansion.
  • High Safety: BMS with multiple protection mechanisms, including overcharge, over-discharge, over-temperature, over-current, and short-circuit protection, ensuring safe and reliable performance.
  • High-Rate Discharge: Supports ultra-high-rate discharge up to 20C, meeting backup power requirements within 15 minutes.
  • Long Float Charge: Designed for extended float charging, allowing the battery pack to remain in float charge mode for prolonged periods.
  • Flexible Configuration: Uses standard 26650 cells, with options for different discharge rates and capacities to meet various application needs.
  • Lightweight: Approximately one-third the weight of an equivalent lead-acid battery.
  • Long Service Life: Delivers 4–5 times the lifespan of lead-acid batteries, with no memory effect and a calendar life exceeding 10 years.
  • Capacity Expansion: Supports multiple battery packs connected in series or parallel to increase UPS capacity.
