PLB Battery Marketing and Sales Center Holds Outdoor Team-Building Activity to Strengthen Team Cohesion
To further enhance team cohesion, enrich employees’ cultural life, and improve the collaboration and execution capabilities of the marketing team, PLB Battery Marketing Center recently organized a meaningful outdoor team-building activity. Members of the marketing center stepped out of the office and into nature, releasing work pressure, deepening communication, and strengthening team spirit through mountain climbing, group cooking, and team competitions.
On the day of the activity, everyone was full of energy and enthusiasm. The first part of the activity was mountain climbing. Along the way, team members encouraged and supported each other as they moved forward together. Although there were slopes, steps, and physical challenges during the journey, everyone maintained a positive attitude. With persistence and effort, the team demonstrated the spirit of PLB’s marketing team: fearless in the face of difficulties and courageous in reaching new heights. After reaching the top, everyone enjoyed the beautiful scenery and took group photos, experiencing the joy of moving forward together as a team. This also symbolized the marketing team’s determination to continue climbing to new heights and achieving new breakthroughs in future work.
After the mountain climbing activity, everyone took part in a group cooking session. Each group worked together with clear division of responsibilities. Some members washed and cut vegetables, some prepared the fire and cooked, while others arranged the dishes and cleaned up. Team members who usually focus on customer development, market promotion, and product marketing became “kitchen experts” at this moment, showing excellent cooperation and teamwork. With everyone’s joint efforts, delicious homemade dishes were served one after another. The atmosphere was filled with wonderful aromas, laughter, and joy. Sitting together and enjoying the food they had prepared by themselves, the team members not only shared a delicious meal but also became closer to one another.
The following group competition activities brought the atmosphere to a climax. Each group competed in activities that tested teamwork, reaction ability, and execution efficiency. During the competitions, everyone actively participated and fought hard for their teams. The activities were both exciting and enjoyable, full of cooperation, cheering, and encouragement. Every act of teamwork, every shout of support, and every moment of encouragement fully reflected the united, cooperative, and enterprising spirit of PLB Battery Marketing Center.
This outdoor team-building activity not only allowed everyone to relax after busy work but also further strengthened the cohesion and sense of belonging within the marketing center.
