According to Document No. 10 of 2023, the State Administration for Market Regulation’s announcement on the implementation of compulsory product certification management for lithium-ion batteries and related products, the following will apply:
Starting from August 1, 2023, lithium-ion batteries and battery packs, mobile power supplies, and power adapters/chargers used in telecommunications terminal products and electronic and electrical products (hereinafter collectively referred to as newly included products) will be subject to compulsory product certification (CCC certification) management.
